Your Tahaa in the app
In Settings, each Tahaa shows:
- its SIM’s number, with its name under it;
- whether it’s online;
- its operator, the network type and the mobile signal;
- whether calls use VoLTE (4G calls, the best sound);
- its Wi-Fi network and signal;
- Last 7 days: calls, texts, time online and signal, hour by hour.
Long-press the number, or the name, to copy it.
Renaming it
Section titled “Renaming it”Tap the pencil on its card and type a name, such as “Home” or “Travel”. Leave it empty to show its number instead.
Changing the SIM
Section titled “Changing the SIM”You can swap the SIM while the box is on: it notices and uses the new one, with no settings, whatever the operator. It restarts its mobile part for that, so calls can’t go through for about half a minute. Your conversations follow the number: see Your number. Remember to release a SIM that was used in a smartphone from chat apps: see Texts not arriving.
Removing a Tahaa
Section titled “Removing a Tahaa”Tap the bin on its card to take it off your account, for example before giving it to someone. Its name and confirmed number are forgotten; your conversations stay. They can then add it to theirs.
