Troubleshooting

  • Look at the light. Blinking yellow: it can’t find the Wi-Fi; check the router is on, then restart the box (unplug, plug back).
  • If the Wi-Fi changed, restart the box and set the new one from the app within five minutes.

Most often the power: use the charger that came with Tahaa, or a good-quality USB-C charger, plugged into the wall rather than a computer.

  • Blinking red: check the SIM is in. If its card in Settings says SIM locked by its PIN, tap Enter its PIN.
  • Weak signal (orange or purple light; the app says so on your Tahaa’s card): move the box near a window, higher up (on a shelf rather than the floor), away from metal and thick walls.

Most often the number is still registered for chat messages: see Texts not arriving.

None of your Tahaa carries that number any more: see Your number.

Its SIM doesn’t give its number: tap Add its number on its card. See A SIM that doesn’t give its number.

Pictures depend on your operator’s settings, which Tahaa applies by itself. If they don’t come through on your operator, write to us: we’ll add it.

Settings shows “No VoLTE”: your operator doesn’t offer 4G calls on this SIM, so calls use 3G or 2G. Ask your operator to turn on VoLTE.

  • Allow notifications for the Tahaa app.
  • On Android, allow it to show full-screen calls, and turn off battery restrictions for it.

Write to contact@wylmi.com with your Tahaa’s name as shown in the app.
